SENIOR EE LITIGATION ASSOCIATE - Sandton, Gauteng
Market Related depending on experience

One of the top law firms in South Africa is looking for a Senior Litigation Associate/Attorney, specialising in Health Care and Life Sciences, to join their team at the Sandton office.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Admitted Attorney
At least 3 - 5 years'' experience dealing with regulatory matters and associated litigation in the Health Care and Life Sciences industry
Knowledge of the Consumer Protection Act, POPI Act, foodstuffs legislation, Medicine & related Substances Act and regulations under the Act, the Health Professions Act and related legislation, including medical profession ethical rules and guidelines, the National Health Act - is essential
Must have dealt with matters before various tribunals and regulatory authorities including the Health Professions Council of South Africa and the Council for Medical Schemes
Strong Administrative, Constitutional, and Commercial Law experience
