Are you a high-performing sales leader with a proven track record of driving revenue, winning strategic deals and building strong executive-level relationships? An established organisation is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Leader to drive growth across its Private Enterprise segment . 📍 Location: Gauteng 💼 Business Unit: Sales & Marketing 🎯 Function: Sales What you'll be responsible for You will take ownership of the segment sales strategy and lead the team in delivering sustainable, profitable growth. Key responsibilities include: - Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue and margin growth - Identifying and winning new business across key private-sector markets - Growing share of wallet across strategic existing accounts - Building and maintaining C-level customer relationships - Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing sales team - Driving pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy and target achievement - Leading strategic customer engagements and complex commercial negotiations - Identifying performance gaps and driving accountability across the sales team What we're looking for We're looking for a commercially strong, strategic and results-driven sales leader who brings: ✅ 10+ years' sales experience , including management-level experience ✅ A relevant degree qualification ✅ Proven achievement of sales targets and revenue growth ✅ Strong strategic account management experience across enterprise customers ✅ Solid understanding of the ICT industry , including Cloud, Cybersecurity and Digital solutions ✅ Strong understanding of private-sector markets and enterprise business environments ✅ An established network across sectors such as Retail, Financial Services, Mining, Manufacturing and other large enterprises would be advantageous ✅ A strong hunter mentality and proven ability to close complex deals ✅ Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders ✅ Excellent leadership, coaching, negotiation and communication skills ✅ Strong commercial and strategic thinking ✅ Willingness to travel as required Why this opportunity?
