SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) Manager to lead the design, development, installation, and optimisation of electrical and instrumentation systems across our operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader with a strong engineering foundation and proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in a fastâpaced industrial environment.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of electrical and instrumentation systems
Oversee system testing, inspections, and quality assurance
Manage installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities
Drive project delivery, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and standards are met
Champion safety, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
Mentor, develop, and manage a team of engineers, technicians, and electricians
Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (ECSA registration highly beneficial)
10+ years’ experience in E&I engineering, including at least 3 years in leadership
Strong expertise in PLCs, DCS, SCADA, industrial automation, and electrical systems
Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead technical teams
Proficiency in CAD and electrical design software
Strong knowledge of safety standards, risk management, and regulatory compliance
