JOB SUMMARY:
An Electronics company based in Germiston is currently seeking a young Technician that has good knowledge of electronics for gate automation and intercom products, cctv, access control and relative components and circuit diagrams.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Must reside within the area of Germiston
Flexible and a real self-starter, capable of succeeding with minimal supervision
Must have a demonstrable record of achievement preferably in a related industry
Must have a level of acumen commensurate with this important role and a real can-do attitude
Minimum of 6 months experience in repairing electronic products.
Good knowledge of electronics for gate automation and intercom products, cctv, access control and relative components and circuit diagrams.
Experience in fault finding and repair of Production & Repairs PCB’s/products to component/system level using product schematics diagram/documentation.
Knowledge of MS Office package (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, etc.)
Excellent oral and written communications skills, good listening skills, interpersonal skills, ability to prioritise, strong problem solving and diagnostic skills, works well under pressure.
Strongly committed to customer satisfaction, prepared to go the extra mile, eager to learn and understand and proactive.
Diploma in Electronic Engineering (from N4 to N6 ideally)
Good knowledge of IT networks and able to work with them
Driver’s license
