JOB SUMMARY:
The core purpose of the role is to partner with the business to provide technical expertise in ensuring consistent, fair and objective employee relations practices and ensure compliance to labour legislation, thereby mitigating risk to the company.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or relevant tertiary qualification
10 – 12 years industrial/employee relations experience
Proven track record of demonstrating business acumen
Evidence of effectively applying new thinking to drive improvement and efficiency
Extensive knowledge of South African labour legislation and labour relations processes
Understanding bargaining council structures and collective agreements
Sound understanding of all labour relations processes
Broad financial and commercial acumen
This role will require the incumbent to travel
