SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for an ERP & BI Systems Controller to join their dynamic organisation.

POSITION INFO:

Educational Requirements

Matric.
Degree or equivalent qualification in IT
5 years experience
Excellent MS office computer skills.
Indepth knowledge of Syspro version 8, SQL, Qlickview/Sense and/or MS Power BI

Duties and Responsibilities

Overall responsibility for ERP system, processes and data integrity.
Check all day-end reports have run successfully & investigate if any errors have occurred.
Co-ordinate any changes/ logging of tickets with the relevant Business Partner (BP).
Engage with FCA where required.
Manage any updates & upgrades related to the ERP system.
Manage relationship with BP including review of monthly SLA charges & ad-hoc project charges.
Administrate any new user rights/any changes in rights including changes to roles & groups/ password resets.
Manage any new modules/ or changes to modules implemented in the ERP system.
Manage integration of other systems such as Digisol, Ritescan or Qlikview with ERP system, verify accuracy & stability of integration.
Create reports or engage with BP to develop reports required.
Ensure all automated reports run & are saved as scheduled.
Assist staff with processing problems.
Assist staff with investigation of ERP errors.
Standardisation of ERP processing.
System training & assistance.
