POSITION INFO:
You’ll be part of a forward-thinking team bridging the gap between business leadership and analyst-level execution. Gain exposure to cutting-edge ERP platforms, Microsoft Fabric data pipelines, and AI-driven automation, while contributing to cost efficiency, governance, and delivery reliability across 11 SSA markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support full lifecycle ERP implementations (analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, and support).
Focus on finance-related modules, including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, and project accounting.
Design and maintain API-based integrations between ERP, Workday, Sage Payroll, Salesforce/HubSpot, and other enterprise platforms.
Support Microsoft Fabric pipelines, Azure data services, and enable Power BI reporting across Finance, HR, and Operations.
Implement workflow automation using Power Automate/Logic Apps and support AI-driven initiatives with Azure OpenAI/Copilot.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Information Systems or a related field.
Minimum 5 years' ERP industry experience, including at least one full ERP implementation project.
Strong understanding of finance-related ERP modules.
Strong SQL and advanced Excel skills.
Experience with API-based integrations, data mapping, and reconciliation.
Excellent analytical skills and stakeholder engagement ability.
