As a ERP Application Delivery Manager you will lead large and complex project teams and/or programs and will be accountable for the overall management, planning and delivery for assigned programs/projects. You are responsible for the successful delivery of the services and corresponding customers satisfaction. You will directly be involved in channel development and key sales pursuits and may serve as a technical/ mentor to colleagues.
As an ERP Application Delivery Manager, you'll manage the delivery of software and systems in order to ensure that we're delivering a quality product to our customers. You will work closely with project managers, scrum masters and other development teams on all aspects of the application delivery lifecycle from concept through to deployment. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are being developed according to agreed standards and guidelines, as well as following up on any issues or requirements arising during development. The role also includes managing people who are involved in various stages of this process including QA engineers, technical writers and testing team members.
Requirements
- Oversee and lead development, implementation, and maintenance of the Project Work plan
- Join or lead the team in the CRM area (Dynamics 365)
- Management role in charge of the CRM service
- Coordinate service levels and agreements and prioritize resources across projects and programs
- Lead the delivery of the contracted solution on the program level at the agreed upon term, cost, schedule and quality level
- Provide project leadership to appropriate offshore, onshore and near workforce
- Manage overall project/programs risks, adjusting as necessary and obtaining buy-in from senior management
- Ensure understanding of stakeholder’s goals and expectations, address any misalignment, and monitor and control the program to meet/exceed the agreed expectations
- Manage delivery portfolio - monitoring, escalating, and resolving issues
- Have ultimate accountability for the overall development and integration of requirements
- Accountable for compliance with corporate standards thought the delivery process
- Represent the project team at client meetings. Obtain buy-in from senior management for all critical project’s plans, commitments, and changes
- Provide strategic direction to all change management and change enablement process throughout project duration
Qualification and Certifications:
- Tertiary Degree or Related Diploma
- Preferred certifications: Certification in Project Management (PMI)
- Preferred years of work experience: You will likely have 5 years of increasingly diverse or complex experience
