POSITION INFO:

Our Client a Global tech firm is seeking an ERP Programme Manager (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O) to join their team remotely. They off a competitive salary, stability, growth and an excellent working environment.

ERP Programme Manager – MS Dynamics 365 Implementation Programme Manager – Dynamics 365 Delivery Programme Manager – ERP – Microsoft Dynamics – D365 skills are required for an ERP Transformation Programme from SAP to D365 F&O for a leading organisation based in South Africa.

We are looking for an experienced ERP Programme Manager – ERP Implementation Programme Manager – ERP Delivery Programme Manager with experience in managing ERP / Microsoft Dynamics programmes to assist with this major, pan-organisation, business change and technology transformation programme.

This would suit an experienced ERP Programme Manager who has the following:

Experience in managing ERP / Microsoft Dynamics programmes
Experience in scoping, designing and delivering programmes on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies.
Experience of working on a Programme that includes manufacturing, finance, HR and procurement processes (multiple streams of work)
Transformations, strategic change leadership
Strong stakeholder management
Ability to balance the needs of senior stakeholders with the wider governance requirements of the organisation

The key responsibilities :

To agree with senior stakeholders a clear set of outcomes and success criteria for the programme (or particular phase of programme e.g. cut-over and transition to long term support)
To agree with senior stakeholders an appropriate approach and structure for the programme (or particular phase of programme e.g. cut-over and transition to long term support)
To mobilise the programme based on the agreed approach and structure
To advise, with supporting evidence, on ERP/Microsoft Dynamics 365- including methodologies, selection of partners etc.
To lead the process for identifying, selecting and onboarding external partners
Responsible for the management and delivery of the programme plan, working closely with the Project Manager at the technical solution provider to ensure effective planning and management of implementation.
