Senior Transformation Programme Manager - BSS

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Telco sector is seeking a Senior Transformation Programme Manager - BSS on a contract duration of 8 months.

POSITION INFO:
Education

• Minimum of 3-year degree/diploma in relevant discipline
• A post-graduate management qualification will be advantages
• Fluent in English

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 Practitioner is essential
• Program Management Professional (PgMP) or equivalent advantageous
• Agile is essential

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience -
• Minimum 6-8 years' managing projects end to end using PMBOK/PRINCE2 methodologies is essential
• Minimum 3 years' managing programmes end to end using PMBOK/PRINCE2 methodologies is essential
• 3-5 years’ experience in taking transformation projects to market is essential
• Broad experience of Benefit Realisation tracking
• Ability to analyse company-wide projects and organise into manageable workstreams is essential
• Previous experience managing cross functional/transversal projects & programmes
• Agile Experience (Essential)
• Experience as a Scrum Master applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory is essential
• Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc.
