EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

POSITION INFO:

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Position based in (Pinetown KZN)

· Minimum Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree (preferable in Business Management, Marketing, Communications or equivalent)

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

· Five (5) years working experience in a support role in an executive office

· Excellent communication (verbal and writing) skills

· Knowledge of SAP preferable

· Member of Chartered Secretaries of Southern Africa preferable

· Specific Operational Requirements

· The successful candidate will be required to work:

· An 8 hour day between 08h00 to 16h00

· May be required to work overtime to meet the business needs

· Must be prepared to work shifts when needed

· Specific SHE Requirements

· Pre-employment, routine and exit medicals are compulsory due to the nature of the business

· Attendance to SHE related training is mandatory

· Adherence to SHE Instructions (Waste Segregation, Water and Energy Saving Initiatives)

· Compliance to SHE Site Rules is compulsory

· uses hazardous and biologically active chemicals. The successful candidate will be required to use proper PPE and will go through medical examinations as per OSH Act requirements.

· Developing, implementing and continually managing designated corporate initiatives

· Proactively engaging with internal and external stakeholders

· Focusing the Division’s resource spend on facilitating prioritized strategic initiatives

· Providing executive office management and support to the CEO by focusing and obtaining synergies between the different departments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: R35,000.00 - R50,000.00 per month
