JOB SUMMARY:
EXECUTIVE HUMAN CAPITAL

JOB DESCRIPTION:

RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced EXECUTIVE HUMAN CAPITAL for a large, well-established company based in Pretoria, Gauteng.

REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12.

3 years+ degree in Human Resources.

Valid driver’s license / own reliable transport.

Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Advanced knowledge of MS Office.

Previous working experience on VIP package an added advantage.

3yrs+ previous human resources experience at a senior level.

Previous working experience in the medical industry an advantage.

Excellent knowledge and understanding of EQ.

Management of staff and department.

Sound knowledge of performance reviews, performance improvement methodologies and good performance recognition.

Sound knowledge of human resources theories, principles and practices.

Understanding of financial principles to interpret key financial information and trends.

Advanced knowledge of talent management principles as well as human resources metrics.

Proven experience in diversity, employee relations and employee management.

Knowledge of all relevant laws and regulations.

Salary package offered: - Negotiable (to be discussed)
