SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:

Our client is a popular and well-established South African export wine brand. They focus on the UK and European markets. They have a vacancy for an EXPORT AND FINANCIAL ANALYST based in Paarl area.

The incumbent will report directly to the UK based Financial Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Bulk wine movement tracking and reconciliation
Stock holding reconciliations
Cost accounting support
Sales order processing including:

Processing of all incoming orders
Order management
Logistics/ Transport/ Delivery to depots and/ or facilitation of collections
Obtaining proof of delivery
Transaction processing

Manage and present, daily and weekly reports
It is a new position and the role will change in line with the requirements of the business

EXPERIENCE:

3 to 5 years comparable experience
Excellent communication skills
Problem solver
Excel skills are non-negotiable, and knowledge of computer accounting software will be advantageous
A cost accounting qualification will be a distinct advantage
Available to work UK hours.
