EXPORT AND FINANCIAL ANALYST

SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:

Our client is a popular and well-established South African export wine brand. They focus on the UK and European markets. They have a vacancy for an EXPORT AND FINANCIAL ANALYST based in Paarl area.    

The incumbent will report directly to the UK based Financial Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Bulk wine movement tracking and reconciliation
• Stock holding reconciliations
• Cost accounting support
• Sales order processing including:
• Processing of all incoming orders
• Order management
• Logistics/ Transport/ Delivery to depots and/ or facilitation of collections
• Obtaining proof of delivery
• Transaction processing
• Manage and present, daily and weekly reports
• It is a new position and the role will change in line with the requirements of the business

EXPERIENCE:

• 3 to 5 years comparable experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem solver
• Excel skills are non-negotiable, and knowledge of computer accounting software will be advantageous
• A cost accounting qualification will be a distinct advantage
• Available to work UK hours.
