SUMMARY:
A company in the engineering and industrial supply industry is seeking an experienced External Sales Representative to manage and grow customer accounts, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales growth within the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for client relationship management, sales strategy implementation, quotations, CRM updates, and ensuring excellent customer service delivery.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric
Minimum 5 years’ external sales experience within the engineering, mining, consumables, or agricultural sectors
Strong sales and business development experience
Knowledge of engineering or industrial products advantageous
Ability to identify and secure new business opportunities
Strong customer relationship management skills
Experience with quotations, order processing, and CRM systems
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
Good administrative and reporting skills
Valid driver’s license essential
