As an Educational Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, understanding their academic and career aspirations, and recommending suitable programmes that meet their needs. You will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to follow-up, application support, and successful enrolment. This position requires excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a high-performance sales team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, customer-focused, and comfortable managing a high volume of outbound and inbound sales activities while maintaining accurate records within the CRM system. What We're Looking For: Passionate, ambitious sales professionals who can convert leads into enrolments. Individuals with a stable employment history (no frequent job hopping). Candidates who are results-driven and committed to delivering exceptional sales performance. Key requirements: Minimum 3 years' sales experience with a proven sales track record. Experience in the education industry is highly preferred. Candidates without education industry experience must demonstrate a strong history of achieving and exceeding sales targets . Proven ability to meet and exceed monthly sales KPIs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable making high-volume outbound sales calls. Immediate availability will be an advantage.
