ELECTRICAL CONTRACT MANAGER/A RE :
Location: Louis Trichardt/Polokwane or in vicinity of Venetia mine.
Well established Consulting engineers with experience in the building services industry for over 25 years.
Qualification and experience:National Diploma/ B.Tech Electrical
Engineering.
Registered at ECSA as a Technologist or candidate.
Consulting Engineering skills and experience
Familiar and experienced in Project management and building services.
Minimum 5 years’ experience with typical industrial and mining installations such as pump stations and reticulation for overhead/underground systems.
(Including related experience in design & specifications, tender process, contract management, construction supervision & handover)
Responsibilities
Self-starter, be able to work independent/unsupervised within a larger team structure.
Manage cash flow, project program, compile and submit regular status/progress reports, and other project related admin.
Conduct regular site meetings and inspections, resolve design issues, verify
contractor installations quality, compliance with the designs & specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, design engineers, the client and other members of the team as may be required.
Investigations, supervision of projects
Maintaining good relationships with clients and Sub contractors.
Project management of electrical and/or electronic building services for the mine.
MV/LV Reticulation.
