We're Hiring: Instrumentation Engineer (EC&I)

Join our team delivering cutting-edge EC&I solutions across Africa, India, and Australia, with involvement from tender to commissioning.

POSITION INFO:
Role Highlights

Tender & Design Involvement

Develop and review P&IDs, IO lists, cable schedules, and instrument datasheets
Price E, C & I scope; liaise with vendors and multidisciplinary teams (local & abroad)

Procurement & FATs

Prepare and adjudicate RFQs for instruments, valves, and integration hardware/software
Attend and sign off Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs)

Commissioning Support

Perform loop checks, fault finding, and calibration
Assist with cold/hot commissioning, startup, and plant performance testing

Admin & Process Support

Contribute to internal systems, procedures, and design manuals
Maintain logs, submit weekly timesheets and monthly expenses

Requirements
Qualifications

National Diploma / BTech / BEng Tech in Instrumentation

Experience

2+ years post-qualification
Prior experience with EPCs (mining, engineering, construction) is preferred

Must Haves

South African citizen, based in Gauteng
Valid driver’s license, own vehicle, Valid passport
No criminal record
Willing to travel locally and internationally
