JOB SUMMARY:
A well-established systems design and manufacturing company are looking for a dynamic, experienced individual to form part of their team. If you are looking to join a team of highly skilled engineers this opportunity is for you.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Design electrical circuits and automation systems according to prescribed standards

Electrical commissioning of equipment

Producing detailed electrical drawings and plc control programs

Provide technical support during building processes, customer support, support on imported equipment and technical support for technicians on-site.

Skills & Experience:

5-7 years’ experience in electrical circuit and automation design of machinery and PLC programming

Advanced experience in Siemens TIA Portal, Step 7, Alternate PLC programming software, Allen Bradley compact Logix will be advantageous.

Electrical CAD package knowledge will be advantageous. E-plan or P8 is preferred.

Qualification:

Diploma in Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering.

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
