Job & Company Description: If you have a BEng or BSc in Electrical Engineering , 2+ years' relevant experience , and a strong interest in HV systems, substations, protection, power distribution or grid infrastructure , we'd like to hear from you. Education: A Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) or Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical Engineering and higher ECSA Registered (on track) PR Eng (on track) Job Experience & Skills Required: BEng or BSc in Electrical Engineering . 2+ years' relevant electrical engineering experience . Experience in HV\/MV power systems, substations, utilities, mining, renewable energy, EPC or industrial environments . Exposure to HV equipment, protection systems, switchgear and transformers . Understanding of electrical protection and power-system principles. Experience with electrical calculations and power-system studies will be advantageous. Ability to interpret and develop single-line diagrams and electrical schematics . Knowledge of applicable SANS, IEC and grid-code requirements . Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. Excellent technical communication and reporting skills. Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary engineering and project teams. A strong focus on electrical safety, technical quality and engineering compliance .
