SUMMARY:
Electrical Engineer position available in Pretoria

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

B.Eng (Elec) / Bsc.Eng (Elec)
3-5 years’ experience
Motor control centre design
MV motor starter design
MV/LV VSD specification
Earthing and lightning protection design

Role responsibilities:

Electrical distribution design for mining, water treatment and petrochemical plants
Earthing and lightning protection studies and design
Motor starting and protection design
Preparation of the technical content of enquiry documentation typically including a scope description, technical specification, drawings, datasheets and Bills of Quantity (BOQ)
Performs complex engineering, design, calculations, analysis when required
A team player that is willing to collaborate across multiple disciplines
A team player excelling in the commitment of resolution of complex issues
Audits, inspections, factory acceptance testing, site acceptance testing
On site commissioning activities as required
