SUMMARY:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Electrical Engineer, with experience in Building Services, to join our multi-disciplinary team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of commercial, residential, and industrial projects, delivering high-quality electrical designs and solutions.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Design and develop electrical building services systems, including power distribution, lighting, small power, and backup systems. Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and technical reports. Perform load calculations, equipment sizing, and system coordination. Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations. Coordinate with architects, mechanical engineers, and other stakeholders. Conduct site inspections and provide construction support. Assist with tender documentation and project cost estimates. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. 3-6 years of experience in electrical building services design. Strong knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (e.g., SANS 10142, SANS 10400, and IEC standards). Proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools. Good understanding of power distribution systems, lighting design, and energy efficiency principles. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
