SUMMARY:
Are you an Electrical Engineer with experience doing installations of new tobacco machines including maintenance, inspection and managing the rebuild of machines? Our International Client requires your expertise to work locally and in Sub Sahara Africa furthering your career on their sophisticated heavy duty technology machinery.

POSITION INFO:

REQUIREMENTS

Matric, plus Electrical Engineer qualification

Experience within the Tobacco industry ESSENTIAL

Fluent spoken and written English

Analytical skills, quick learner

Ability to work well as part of a team

Familiarity with MS Office and experience in setting up internet connections

Multi-cultural appreciation

Willingness to and flexibility with regard to international long-term travel

DUTIES

Installation and commissioning of single machines as well as entire production lines

Repair, maintenance, inspection and rebuild of machines

Production support (technical)

Training / briefing of customer staff

Organization and management of installation

Project coordination

Training of new colleagues

Technical supervision of prototypes

Salary: R dependent on experience
