We are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Engineering Manager to lead our technical teams and ensure the successful delivery of complex projects in Cape Town.

POSITION INFO:
ð Position Overview:
The Electrical Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing electrical engineering operations, ensuring the high-quality design, compliance, and execution of projects. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to drive performance across multi-disciplinary teams.

ð¼ Key Responsibilities:

â Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers and technicians
â Oversee the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems
â Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
â Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
â Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders
â Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and reports
â Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the department

ð Minimum Requirements:

â Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
â Relevant industry experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
â Strong knowledge of power systems, industrial automation, or infrastructure projects
â Proven project management experience
â Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
