POSITION INFO:
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Planner to join our team. As an Electrical Planner, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling electrical maintenance, repair, and installation activities. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all electrical work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and regulations.
Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule electrical maintenance, repair, and installation activities
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to determine the scope of work
• Prepare and issue work orders for electrical activities
• Schedule work assignments and allocate resources
• Monitor and track work progress, and adjust schedules as necessary
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Identify and report any potential safety hazards or issues
• Develop and maintain accurate records of electrical work
• Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure that necessary materials and equipment are available
• Continuously improve planning processes and procedures

• Associate degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical planning and scheduling
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and components
• Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
