Electrical Project Manager - Commercial Building & Shop Fitting
R 35 000 - R 40 000 per month
Century City/Maitland and Surroundings

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking to employ an established Electrical Project Manager to join the team and manage projects within the Commercial Building Sector.

Minimum requirements:

Own Transport
10 Years Experience in Project Management on Large Scale Projects (to provide a list of completed projects as proof)
Trade Tested - Electrical
Wireman's license would be advantageous

Duties:

Planning and forecasting and proper project management skills.
Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.
Building commitment within the team.
Effective Communication. From project kick-offs to client meetings, and close off of project.
Scheduling and Time Management.
Critical Thinking and Problem Solving.
Liaising with staff at every level.
Ensuring each stage of the project happens on time, on budget and to a high standard.
Sharing regular progress reports with your employer and client.
Resolving any issues or delays.
Working in an office or on site.
Set clear goals and expectations to foreman.
Negotiate and resolve all customer concerns.
Manage all jobs closeout procedures.
