Salary: R68 000 – R78 000 plus commission and 13^th cheque

Main Purpose: Strategize, implement and monitor Sales for the Business Unit in order to meet company targets for retention, growth and profitability.

Duties:

• Effective and efficient planning and implementation of marketing strategy, customer retention and development by indication of increased Sales
• Management and development of staff is executed according to Company standards and requirements, as well as meeting of Sales budgets at the correct margins
• Adherence to authorization procedure for business unit by indication of correct procedures followed
• Profit and growth objectives are met
• Responsibilities are executed in accordance with company requirements and relevant legislation
• ISO system is adhered to at all times
• Company image is maintained according to company standards and requirements
• Agreed upon Sales targets met

Minimum:

• Grade 12 Tertiary
• Business Management Diploma or similar
• Electrical / Electronics background
• Proven Sales track record
• Must have been personally active in the sales area with customers for past 5 years
• 15 years’ experience in a technical sales environment to mining (hard rock & coal)
• Previous Sales Managerial experience in a service orientated industry
  Electrical & Electronics background essential
• Knowledge of Mining industry
• Minimum 10 years’ management experience
