  • Fuel and inventory performance
    • Review and track the fuelling operation performance via the reporting Dashboard
    • Take the required intervention actions to resolve issues impacting functionality
  • Solution Health Monitoring - Alerts and notification performance
    • Resolution of alerts
• Site service delivery
  • Monitoring of the Solution, equipment and user performance
  • Oversight and support of administrative processes to ensure compliance
• Scheduled and ad-hoc engagements with the Optimizer Lite Support Team to optimize solution performance

• Delivery of contract outcomes in terms of SLA and CMP
