REQUIREMENTS

National Diploma in Electronics/ Electrical/ Automotive/ Information Technology (NQF 6)
Trade Test
Up to 3 years of experience as an Electronics/ Electrical Technician in a manufacturing environment
Computer literacy (MS Office suite)
Other relevant discipline-specific software programs, such as ERP Systems, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
Proficiency in PLCs and robots
Problem-solving skills
Strong analytical skills
Planning and organizing
Customer focused
Attentive to detail
Communication skills (both verbal and written)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide electrical engineering and technical services to support the achievement of operational targets, whilst striving for optimal availability and safety within own area of responsibility
Technical support and maintenance control
