Opportunity Available!! Our leading client in the Automotive Sector is looking to employ an Electrical Technician to join their team in Rosslyn.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Description:

Responsible for maintaining the normal operation of electrical equipment, ensuring that the equipment continues to work effectively to meet the needs of production and quality.
Maintenance of equipment is carried out according to the daily maintenance list, and preventive / predictive maintenance tasks of equipment are completed regularly.
Supervise the inspection work and put forward the content of the inspection There is work that needs to be improved. Supervise the process of receiving spare parts, ensure that the quantity of spare parts is accurate, and put forward purchase opinions.
Familiar with the working principle of factory equipment, can solve the more serious downtime accidents. Statistics on the frequency of downtime failures, preliminary analysis of the causes of downtime, update equipment FMEA.
Participate in and assist engineers in daily equipment maintenance and management work.
Can use Siemens PLC programming software for simple equipment logic operation programming.
Assist engineers to check the accuracy of the device running logic
Actively participate in plant layout modification and continuous improvement, and put forward reasonable suggestions for the daily operation of the plant. Improve the service life of production line equipment.
Participate in and assist engineers in daily equipment maintenance and management work.
Effectively organize and participate in equipment installation and equipment commissioning.
Participate in the assessment of production equipment hazards, formulate corresponding management plans, effectively reduce the occurrence of safety accidents, and be responsible for the identification of equipment hazards and the implementation of management programs.
Responsible for teaching and mentoring other maintenance workers technically.
Use 5S to keep your workplace clean, tidy and organized.
Actively improve the ergonomics of the work environment
The ability to work needs to meet the specific requirements of the client.
Take management responsibility defined by relevant IOS document as well as the IATF16949/ ISO45001/ ISO14001 standards. Ensure Effective Operation of IOS documentation and continuously improve relevant process and their application of IOS documentation internal.

Job Requirements:

4 years or more in electrical maintenance experience in the manufacturing industry, the on-the-job training period is 6 months.
Experience in ASRS management and maintenance is preferred.
Have safety and quality awareness, strong execution, strong learning and hands-on ability. Have a certain ability to read electric installation drawing.
With electrician operation certificate (low voltage certificate), advanced grade certificate. In field of maintenance electrician. Should hold a high-pressure operation certificate if under the high-pressure equipment maintenance works.
Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, excellent teamwork spirit.
The position needs to be adapted to the shift.
