SUMMARY:
Our client, an engineering firm in the automotive industry, is seeking a skilled and proactive Electrical Technician to join their team at the Midrand branch.

POSITION INFO:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for electrical installations, maintenance, fault finding, and support on automotive-related equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components.
Conduct fault-finding, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance.
Support project teams with electrical wiring and panel building.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics.

Requirements:

Electrical Trade Test or relevant qualification.
3+ years of experience in an electrical technician role, preferably in the automotive sector or factory environment.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, and fault-finding techniques.
Ability to read technical drawings and work independently.
