This unique hybrid role is ideal for a tech-driven problem solver with strong leadership qualities and the ability to work directly with clients to deliver high-impact solutions.

ð§ Role Overview

You will lead the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge electronic systems while also contributing to full-stack software projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project lifecycles, and engage with clients to understand their needs and provide expert guidance.

ð Key Responsibilities

Lead electronic hardware design, prototyping, testing, and validation.
Design embedded systems, including firmware development and integration.
Develop, maintain, and deploy full-stack applications (frontend & backend).
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, present solutions, and ensure project satisfaction.
Provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware/software issues.
Prepare project documentation, reports, and technical specifications.

ð Required Skills & Experience

Strong background in electronic engineering and embedded systems.
Proficiency in PCB design tools (e.g., Altium, KiCad, Eagle).
Experience programming microcontrollers (e.g., ARM, ESP32, AVR).
Solid full-stack development experience (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Node.js, React, Angular, Django, etc.).
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
Skilled in working with clients, gathering requirements, and managing expectations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
Prior leadership or project management experience preferred.
