SUMMARY:
Sales and Marketing Executive: Electronic Engineering Industry is required for a company in Observatory, Cape Town, to execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aimed at maximising revenue, expanding market development and building a high-performance team focused on long-term profitability.

BEng/BSc (Electronic Engineering)-degree or related or BComm-degree with experience in the electronic engineering industry. Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in a multi-branch setting and a technical product sales environment.

Sales and Marketing Executive: Electronic Engineering Industry

Observatory, Cape Town

Minimum requirements and working experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
10+ years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in a multi-branch setting and a technical product sales environment.
Proven track record in driving strong sales growth and managing distributed teams.
Experience in developing successful marketing plans and campaigns
Strong understanding of CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and sales analytics.
Experience in developing B2B sales channels in the South African market, as well as markets in the rest of Africa.
Willingness to travel locally and internationally to branches and client sites as needed.

Market and product analysis
Team leadership and training: oversee recruitment, training and mentor a high-performing sales team
