Electronic and Instrumental Technician

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Netherlands is looking for an Electronic and Instrumental Technician to join their team. In this role, you are the linchpin of production installations. You analyse and solve technical problems, perform maintenance and repairs, and guide both colleagues and external partners to ensure smooth operations. Your expertise ensures that production equipment is safe, efficient, and continuously optimized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analysis and Troubleshooting: Dive into malfunctions of production installations, analyse them, and resolve issues quickly to maintain smooth operations.
• Maintenance and Repairs: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, detect wear and tear early, and carry out necessary repairs to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Collaboration and Instruction: Work with external companies and instruct colleagues on proper equipment handling and safety procedures.
• Administration and Improvement: Accurately record work in SAP and proactively propose improvements to processes for enhanced safety, efficiency, or cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar technical role.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience in guiding or instructing colleagues or external partners.
• Knowledge of SAP or other maintenance/administration systems is a plus.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
