We are seeking an experienced Electronic Engineer – Team Lead to lead the design and development of control systems for satellite platforms. The successful candidate will combine strong hands-on technical expertise with proven leadership skills, guiding a multidisciplinary engineering team through the full product lifecycle of space-qualified systems.

The successful candidate will combine strong hands-on technical expertise with proven leadership skills, guiding a multidisciplinary engineering team through the full product lifecycle of space-qualified systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and verification of satellite control systems (e.g. AOCS, power control, actuator/sensor interfaces).
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to a team of electronic and control systems engineers.
Define system architectures, control algorithms, and electronic designs compliant with space standards.
Oversee requirements definition, design reviews, and technical documentation.
Support system integration, testing, and validation at unit, subsystem, and satellite levels.
Interface with systems engineering, software, mechanical, and operations teams.
Ensure compliance with relevant space, reliability, and safety standards (e.g. ECSS, MIL).
Contribute to technical roadmaps, risk assessments, and project planning.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Degree in Electronic Engineering, Control Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or similar.
7–10 years’ experience in electronic and/or control systems engineering.
Proven experience with satellite or spaceborne systems.
Strong background in control theory, control system design, and implementation.
Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams.
Hands-on experience with electronic design (analog/digital), simulations, and testing.
Familiarity with embedded systems and real-time control environments.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
