POSITION INFO:
We are seeking a motivated Email Marketing Coordinator with a passion for crafting compelling campaigns that resonate with target audiences and enhance client engagement in the restaurant and hospitality industry. The role is focused on email marketing - email marketing, owning campaign delivery end to end, from setup, copywriting, and image design through testing, sending, and post-campaign reporting. What You'll Do: Own and execute end-to-end email campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients, including setup, copywriting, image design, testing, and reporting. Act as a trusted day-to-day client partner—advising, guiding, and collaboratively refining campaign outcomes. Translate client inputs into clear, effective campaigns aligned with customer journeys. Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timelines, accuracy, and quality standards are met. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all booking or event setups support campaign objectives. Review and optimise campaigns focusing on layout, clarity, and user experience, producing simple campaign imagery when needed. Monitor performance metrics and generate insights to inform future strategies. Handle campaign administration including revisions, tracking, and invoicing. Contribute to broader marketing initiatives based on individual strengths and evolving business needs. Requirements: 3 to 5 years of experience in email marketing, campaign management, or related roles. Proven marketing experience in or exposure to the hospitality, and restaurant industries. Strong client-facing and coordination skills. Proficiency in data analysis, communication, and design tools. Ability to manage multiple campaigns without sacrificing the detail What We'll Give You: A market related guaranteed salary.
