POSITION INFO:
Job Description: Develop embedded firmware using C and C++ Design and maintain firmware for microcontroller-based systems Work closely with hardware and electronics teams on system integration Support testing, debugging and optimisation of embedded platforms Develop solutions for sensor integration and data acquisition systems Contribute to the development of high-reliability electronic products Participate in system verification, validation and performance improvements Skills & Experience: 3-10 years of Embedded Engineering experience Strong Embedded C and\/or C++ experience Experience with microcontrollers and real-time systems Firmware development for hardware-based products Exposure to sensor integration and embedded electronics Experience working with data acquisition systems advantageous Signal Processing or FPGA exposure advantageous Aerospace, Space Technology, Defence or Scientific Instrumentation experience highly beneficial Qualification: BEng, BSc, BTech or National Diploma in Electronic, Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
