SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for the services of an ER Advisor to join their team in Kya Sands. We’re looking for a skilled advisor with 5–8 years’ ER experience, strong knowledge of South African labour legislation, and the ability to guide leaders through complex employee relations matters. Experience in logistics or high-volume operations will be advantageous.
A relevant degree in Labour Relations, HR or Law is required, along with the ability to travel nationally.

POSITION INFO:
The Employee Relations Advisor is a cornerstone of the People & Culture team, serving as the custodian of workplace harmony and fair practice. This role focuses on moving beyond traditional industrial relations to build a culture rooted in accountability, transparency, and mutual respect. You will serve as a trusted partner to operational leaders, providing the expert guidance and coaching necessary to ensure every employee's experience is fair and every workplace decision is reached with procedural integrity. This role ensures that the organisation remains a stable, productive environment where standards are clear and relationships are managed with the highest level of professionalism. What You Bring A relevant degree in Labour Relations, Human Resources, or Law. 5-8 years' experience in a dedicated Employee Relations role, ideally within a high-volume operational or logistics environment. Deep practical knowledge of South African workplace standards and legislation (BCEA, LRA, EEA). Experience with Bargaining Council advantageous A proven track record of facilitating complex workplace discussions and managing outcomes with professional maturity. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to travel nationally.
