Employee and Labour Relations Officer

SUMMARY:
Our client in the opencast mining sector is looking for an Employee and Labour Relations Officer to join their team.  This is a permanent position, based in Witbank, Mpumalanga.

**South African Citizens and those living in the area will be preferred**

POSITION INFO:
The purpose of the role is to:

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, management and labour unions.
• Conducting investigations into employee misconduct and transgressions of Company policies and procedures.
• Provides advice to and consult with employees and management regarding Company policies and procedures and government policies, regulations and procedures

• Minimum Qualification: National Diploma in Labour Law/Labour Relations/HR or equivalent at NQF Level 6.
• Minimum Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience and CCMA representation
