Our client a Large Labour Consulting Firm Nationally, is looking to hire an Employment Equity Consultant for their JHB and Pretoria offices. To start soonest.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Skills Development Facilitator / Employment Equity Consultant:

Job-Related Knowledge, Competencies & Skills Required

Be the primary SETA Liaison
Manage and Submissions for all Learnerships / Apprenticeships
Conduct Project Administration
Skills development facilitation: Conduct training needs analysis and committee meetings
Compile and submit WSP and ATR
Compile and submit discretionary grant applications
Extensive experience with managing upload through to verification of learners on accredited programmes
Completing and distributing the meeting minutes

Employment Equity Consulting

Assist with compilation and submission of the EE reports to the Department of Labour annually by deadline date.
Form part of the EE committee
Organize and planning quarterly EE meetings
Completing and distributing the meeting minutes
High proficiency in verbal and written English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Project management principles and practice
Exceptional planning, organising, and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Exceptional administrative skills
Accuracy in data capturing; and administrative functions (record-keeping with attention to detail)

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 Certificate
Legal knowledge of all BBBEE matters
At least 3 years of experience in this type of role
Own a Vehicle with a valid drivers license
Clear Credit and Criminal Record
