Large Medical Client is looking for Endo Senior Sales Manager

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements:

Job Functions

Grow Endo-Surgery Department
Complete and submit Government Tenders
Analyze stock requirements, sales
Manage sales team
Develop and roll-out of marketing plans

Education, knowledge, skills, and personal attributes required

A relevant medical qualification, degree, or diploma will be an advantage
Minimum 10 years’ experience in a medical sales environment, specifically Endo-Surgery, knowledgeable with sutures and endo mechanical products
Proven track record in selling
Strong customer care service
Fluent in both English and Afrikaans – both written and verbal
Must be able to travel
Must have own reliable transport (own a vehicle)
Must be able to work flexible hours due to client requirements
Must work well in a team, experience managing team of 05-10 people
