Senior Sales Specialists — Heat Transfer, Separation & Process Expertise?

POSITION INFO:
A global leader in process technology solutions is seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Specialist to drive growth across Gauteng.
This role is suited to a commercially strong professional with deep experience in heat transfer, separation, or fluid handling systems, who can engage at both technical and strategic levels within industrial and process environments.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

5–10+ years’ experience in technical sales within process industries
Strong exposure to heat exchangers, separation equipment, or fluid handling systems
Proven track record of managing high-value, solution-based sales
Ability to engage with engineers, plant managers, and decision-makers
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel

Job Experience & Skills Required

Drive strategic business development within key industrial sectors
Manage and grow high-value accounts
Identify opportunities for process optimisation and efficiency improvements
Engage in technical and commercial discussions at plant and executive level
Prepare proposals, tenders, and long-cycle project sales
Maintain strong pipeline management and forecasting
