Energy Manager (Utilities & Energy)

My client in the Manufacturing industry is looking for a Plant Energy Manager with 10 years’ experience in Energy Management and electrical network maintenance. Must have completed B.Eng. / BSc Electrical Engineering coupled with GCC Electrical Engineering/ Certification in Energy Management. You will be required to monitor and report on site energy consumption, Mange current oxygen & nitrogen contracts, identify energy saving opportunities & plans to achieve Group Sustainability Goals as well as implementing approved projects for both Gas and Electricity applications. You will Liaise with Government and other regulatory bodies such as NERSA and the Department of Energy and Treasury and will Representing the company on forums such as the EIUG, Gas User Group and The Industry Task Team for Climate Change.
