Engagement Lead / Lead Business Analyst, JHB or Cape Town – R 840 000

SUMMARY:
International IT Projects company based in Sandton, requires a top notch Engagement Lead / Lead Business Analyst to join their team. The role will see you to be based at either the Sandton or Cape Town offices (but be open to travel as & when required).

You will ensure the timeous delivery of specifications for Enhancements, Configuration, Product & Requirement analysis & Projects. In addition, the role will ensure all Programme Increment Projects are completed according to the scope of work & agreed quality standard by the time scales agreed & provide post-implementation support
 
Minimum requirements:
Essential:

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or Business Analysis
• At least 5 years’ Business Analysis or Systems Analysis experience preferably in a highly complex development environment essential
• ServiceNow / Remedy experience (or similar ITSM software)

• ITIL 4
• Agile Methodology experience
• Experience in Telco, Pharmacare, ICT, Food & Beverage industries

• Follow requirements from elicitation to deployment for development / integration projects
• Document existing business processes & propose process improvement changes acting as the primary liaison
• Coordinate activities; schedule & facilitate meetings; & work closely with the project manager to bring projects to completion
• Analyse requirements; determine optimal solutions & gap analysis from current state, with dependencies & associated risks
• Work closely with stakeholders, managers, users, & others from business units to gather & analyse requirements; create project documentation such as activity & sequence diagrams; process workflow diagrams; use cases (narrative & diagram); functional requirements documents / user stories, technical specs, user acceptance test scripts
• Engage with various teams & stakeholders to drive operational changes to successful completion through Agile methodology
• Communicates status regularly with stakeholders & executive sponsors
• Promote best business practices for project validation & implementation, while performing gap analysis between corporate needs, applications used & future needs
