JOB SUMMARY:
To lead the day-to-day execution of a client project while guiding and developing individual team members.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Honours Degree/bachelor''s degree in engineering | quantitative studies | financial management| business management.
Minimum eight (8) years of managerial experience in management consulting/ 10 years in an operational environment (financial services/manufacturing).
Additional Qualification - Project Management is highly advantageous, or equivalent certification in project management is an added advantage.
A valid driver''s license and owning a vehicle are advantageous.
Expected to work long hours from time to time and expected to travel.

Duties & Responsibilities:

The ability to examine information or a situation in detail to identify essential elements, their strengths, and weaknesses and be able to give solid analytical models, some of which can lead to sales opportunities – further sales opportunities.
Produces client-ready project documents within scope, to the agreed schedule, quality parameters and within budget.
Provide timely status reports as part of project governance, internally and externally, to clients.
Forms long-term collaborative relationships with clients of all levels to deliver work – deliver pitches, identify what the agenda is.
Coach and be a mentor to junior staff and external clients.
Is involved in firm knowledge building and the office initiatives.
Writes winning proposals – sticking to the organization''s methodology, subjecting proposal writing to problem-solving sessions. GCA reviews where necessary.
Communicates, coordinates, and interacts with others in the value chain to ensure clients receive exceptional service.
Solves a wide range of queries dealing with these sensitively and within operational/procedural limitations.
