ð Bring your technical drawings to life in an industrial environment in Saudi Arabia!
We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Draftsman to support Mechanical and Civil Engineering teams in Turaif, preparing, updating and maintaining critical engineering drawings and technical documentation.

POSITION INFO:
From AutoCAD layouts and detailed drawings to as-built documentation and plant updates , you'll play an important role in keeping engineering information accurate, current and aligned with site conditions. ð What You'll Be Doing Prepare, modify and update engineering drawings using AutoCAD Produce accurate layouts, sections, elevations, details and as-built drawings Update plant and facility drawings following modifications, maintenance and construction activities Convert engineering sketches, field measurements and technical information into accurate drawings Support Mechanical and Civil Engineering teams with drafting requirements Prepare drawings relating to equipment, piping, structures, buildings, foundations and plant layouts Incorporate engineering comments and revisions Coordinate with engineers to clarify technical requirements Compare drawings against field conditions and incorporate approved changes Maintain drawing registers, revision histories and technical documentation Ensure correct drawing numbers, titles, revisions, dates and references are maintained Maintain accurate electronic and hard-copy drawing records where required Check drawings for dimensions, annotations, scales, references and overall accuracy Ensure drawings comply with company drafting standards and engineering requirements ð» Technical Skills Strong AutoCAD proficiency Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Good understanding of: Layouts Sections Elevations Details Dimensions and scales Engineering annotations Experience preparing and updating as-built drawings Ability to interpret engineering sketches and field information Understanding of drawing revision and document control procedures Revit, Civil 3D or other drafting software will be an advantage Microsoft Office skills advantageous ð What You'll Need Technical Diploma \/ Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Drafting or a related field preferred Engineering degree is not required 2-5 years' relevant drafting experience preferred Mechanical or Civil drafting experience advantageous Experience in industrial plants, maintenance, construction, engineering projects or plant services preferred Candidates with less experience may be considered based on demonstrated technical ability and AutoCAD proficiency
