POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership, guidance, and development for a multidisciplinary engineering team, promoting collaboration and technical excellence
Define clear goals, monitor performance, and support succession planning while fostering skills development and team growth
Manage the complete engineering lifecycle, including design, implementation, and delivery of structural, electrical, HVAC, and automation systems
Review, approve, and standardise technical drawings, documentation, and project deliverables to ensure quality and consistency
Develop, implement, and maintain engineering standards, best practices, and regulatory compliance across all projects.
Serve as the primary technical escalation point for challenging projects, coordinating effectively with internal teams, contractors, and external partners

Skills & Experience

8–10 years of engineering experience, with 3–5 years in a management role
Proven delivery of complex, multidisciplinary projects in industrial or infrastructure sectors
Strong technical leadership with analytical and systems-thinking skills
Experienced in mentoring and developing high-performing engineering teams
Solid knowledge of electrical, automation, HVAC, and integrated third-party systems
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field.
Professional registration (or eligibility) will be advantageous.
Strong knowledge of engineering governance, quality assurance, and compliance frameworks.
Proven capability in leading engineering teams within project-driven environments.
Willingness to travel to operational or project sites as required.
Commitment to integrity, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
