Requirements : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master's advantageous). 10+ years' software engineering experience, including 5+ years in engineering leadership. Proven experience leading Agile software engineering teams in product-driven environments. Strong knowledge of software architecture, cloud technologies, microservices, CI\/CD, DevOps, APIs, and modern engineering practices. Hands-on experience delivering enterprise software and managing engineering delivery across multiple platforms. Experience with Agile, Jira, Git, automated testing, secure coding, and production support. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills. AI, data analytics, and cloud experience are essential; fintech or banking industry experience is advantageous. Responsibilities : Lead and develop Agile engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Drive engineering delivery, technical strategy, architecture, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with Product, Architecture, QA, DevOps, Security, and business stakeholders to deliver technology roadmaps. Ensure software quality, operational excellence, platform reliability, security, and AI governance. Manage engineering resources, performance, recruitment, budgets, risks, and delivery priorities. Promote best practices across cloud-native development, CI\/CD, DevOps, and software engineering standards. Mentor, coach, and build high-performing engineering teams while fostering innovation and continuous learning. Communicate delivery progress, manage technical risks, and support successful business outcomes.
