POSITION INFO:
Lead the engineering function to ensure optimal plant performance, maintenance reliability, and utilities management in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Implement World-Class Manufacturing (WCM) methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- BSc/BEng (Mechanical/Electrical) + GCC Factories
- 8-10 years in manufacturing engineering, with 5+ years in leadership
- Expertise in WCM, CMMS, and reliability-centered maintenance
- Strong project management, budgeting, and people skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance schedules, predictive maintenance, and root cause analysis for plant equipment
- Manage utilities (compressors, boilers, etc.) to ensure efficiency and compliance (GMR 2.1)
- Drive safety culture and Loss Prevention Management
- Control engineering budgets, spares inventory, and cost-effective maintenance
- Lead a high-performance engineering team with strong discipline and development focus
