Engineering Services Manager – Cape Town

A leading company is looking for an Engineering Services Manager to oversee infrastructure services, asset availability, and maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in electrical or mechanical engineering, facilities management experience, and leadership skills to manage a team of technicians.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements: â N6 Diploma in Engineering â Minimum 5 years' experience in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering â At least 3 years' experience in Facilities Management â Strong knowledge of maintenance engineering, physical asset management, and statutory requirements â SAP knowledge and MS Office proficiency â Code B Driver's License This role involves ensuring minimal downtime, managing maintenance programs, investigating failures, and providing technical guidance to the team.
