Engineering Training & Development Manager

Randfontein based

R1.15 – R1.8m (CTC).

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

This is a central role and the successful candidate can be based at any of our regional offices: Welkom, Orkney, Carletonville/Fochville or Randfontein).
Must be willing to travel from time to time since the job entails a combination of office work, team management (at Welkom, Orkney and Carletonville) and oversight at the operations (Randfontein, Carletonville, Orkney, Welkom and Mareetsane).

Minimum Requirements

Degree in Human Resources Development Management or equivalent
Engineering T&D Coordinator experience for at least 5 years
Ability to communicate equally well at Executive or shop floor level
Analytical skills
Report writing and presentation skills
Medical Certificate of Fitness
English proficiency
Advanced Computer literacy (MS Office; Excel & PowerPoint)
Minimum of 10 years discipline-specific experience
Undergo psychometric assessment

Advantageous:

Previous experience in Mining Industry
Previous Engineering T&D Manager experience/appointment
A relevant Engineering trade
Member of Engineering-related committees
Connected / Ability to network within the Mining Industry
